Belle Grove Plantation Bed and Breakfast

This secluded B&B, formerly the plantation where President James Madison was born, is a 5-minute drive from the Woodlawn Historic & Archaeological District, and a half hour from Fredericksburg. The stately rooms feature vibrant colors, locally made antiques, and original pine floors and tiling. They also have gas fireplaces, en suite bathrooms (some with claw-foot tubs), writing desks and free Wi-Fi; some provide access to the waterfront balcony.
