Housed in a collection of cottages and farmhouses, this upscale bed-and-breakfast is a block from Main Street and a 10-minute walk from Downtown’s restaurants and shops. The varied lodgings include rooms in an 1840s tobacco barn, an 1871 stone farmhouse and an 1850s log cabin, plus several private cottages. All feature en-suite bathrooms, coffeemakers, microwaves and minifridges, plus flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. Some have dining rooms, porches, whirlpool tubs and/or full kitchens. Hot breakfast is delivered to guests’ doors. A secluded day spa offers massage and body treatments. The barn contains a formal hall for weddings and events.
