Huge disappointment. After our daughters wedding in Sept 2022, Phil basically ghosted us and our daughter. He delivered photos just a few short days of the 12 week commitment in his contract. We were not given any opportunity to have input on the photos he selected. Though we hired Phil to photograph the wedding event there were no candid shots of guests, family and friends, during the cocktail hour or reception. If you weren’t on the dance floor you weren’t photographed even though our daughter requested weeks in advance that each of the 20+ tables of guests be photographed. The video that was promised by week 18 did not arrive until week 30. It is missing the groom vows, and when our daughter reached out to have it included, Phil again ghosted her. He had no problem communicating with us prior to the wedding and getting paid. If you are looking for a portrait photographer his work is beautiful but if you are looking for someone to capture the wedding event look elsewhere. Still waiting for a response to missing photos that we know he took but he won’t answer phone messages, emails, Facebook or Instagram messages. His behavior is not just unprofessional it is borderline cruel. This was once and done for us, we have no pictures of over half the family and friends that came to celebrate.
