  Had to use this business for our daughters dance pictures because it’s who the dance studio contracted. Told they would not take a picture until we paid which we did at that time. That was 5 months ago!
  Reached out beginning of Sept to inquire as we had no communication from them. Told there was a delay (duh) and offered to give us $10 off a digital print. So they are trying to upsell when they can’t deliver a product we already paid for. We then stopped getting emails, got blocked on their social media when we tried to inquire and when we finally got them to respond we get all kinds of excuses. This is certainly not the place you want to capture memories and better off just taking them yourself to ensure you have them. When you do get a reply online or email, they claim all these departments they have when in reality it’s just the owner commenting and replying claiming to be someone else. Sorry, you are not that big. We have had senior pictures, sports pics and more taken by other photographers which turned around photos within 1-2 weeks. We are going on 6 months here with no proactive communication. At this point, it’s a scam to keep our money so now having to seek legal action. Steer clear from them.
